Chinese Construction Delegation Tours Foster Park, Heritage 100 and Sky Azure

Heritage 100, the award-winning Golden Coast Developers tower in Labone, Accra

ACCRA, 3 November 2026 — Golden Coast Developers today hosted a large delegation of construction industry stakeholders from China for a morning-long tour of its work in Accra. Starting at 9:30 AM, the visitors toured Foster Park, Heritage 100 and Sky Azure Villas, stepped inside a finished showing unit, and closed the visit in talks with Golden Coast leadership.

Why the delegation came

The delegation came to see first-hand how Golden Coast builds. They focused on its construction processes, quality standards and on-site methods. Both sides also used the day to explore knowledge-sharing, partnership and investment opportunities between Ghanaian and Chinese construction players.

For Golden Coast, the visit was a chance to put its workmanship and systems in front of an international audience. Every department prepared for the day, from site safety and housekeeping to presentation materials and a tour-ready showing unit.

Three projects, one standard

The tour covered three Golden Coast developments, which together trace the company's growth in Accra's premium residential market.

Foster Park

Foster Park sits on Switchback Road in Cantonments. It offers four-bedroom en-suite smart townhomes with staff quarters, Grade A kitchens and a top-floor garden terrace. The development is where Golden Coast's Afropolitan design signature began.

Heritage 100

Heritage 100 in Labone is the company's landmark. It won 5 stars in two categories at the International Property Awards for Africa 2023–2024: Best Apartment / Condominium Development Ghana and Best Residential High Rise Development Ghana.

Sky Azure Villas

Sky Azure Villas is the newest chapter, also in Cantonments. Its private, bespoke five-bedroom villas are Golden Coast's most luxurious homes yet.

On site, guests walked through rising concrete frames, formwork and scaffolding. Site teams explained the build sequence, the materials in use, and the safety practices, including proper use of PPE, that govern every working day.

Inside the showing unit

After the raw structures, the delegation saw the finished product. Wearing Golden Coast hard hats, they toured a fully fitted showing unit.

The interior showed the company's design language up close. It features walnut-tone joinery from floor to ceiling, built-in storage, recessed spot lighting, an integrated kitchen line, and a calm bedroom with cream, black and gold accents. Guides took the group through the flooring, painting and finishing choices and answered questions on materials and detailing.

Talks with CEO Neil Oku

The visit ended indoors with focused talks led by Golden Coast CEO Mr. Neil Oku. Mr. Emmanuel and Mr. Kofi supported the programme throughout, coordinating the tour and engaging the delegation directly.

With material samples and finish swatches on the table, the conversation covered how Golden Coast approaches design, specification and delivery. It also explored where shared expertise could add value on both sides.

Looking ahead

The visit is an important step in Golden Coast's effort to position itself for international partnership and investment. The company opened its sites, its finished homes and its leadership to industry peers from China, and showed that its standards hold up under close inspection.

Golden Coast thanks the delegation for their time and interest. It also thanks every member of staff whose preparation made the day seamless. The conversations that started this week will shape the opportunities ahead: together, for greater partnerships.
